Stallion profile

GF Underberg is the outstanding young son of the successful international showjumper `Up To Date, ridden by Michael Whitaker. He is a particularly sporty showjumper but in a modern outfit and his stamp and breeding profile very much lends itself not only to the discerning showjumper breeder but also to breeders looking to produce a quality sport horse or eventer. GF Underberg is already demonstrating a super athleticism and his canter is exceptional. He is only 3 years old but has been very easy to back and he has already started his training program. We have also found his temperament to be exceptionally relaxed, even when around mares. A DVD is available on request.

Performance record

GF Underberg is currently in training at Cuxhaven in Germany and it is our intention that he commences his career in young horse classes in Germany next year. He will then be aimed at the 2010 Bundeschampionat at Warendorf and also the 5 year old class at the World Breeding Championships at Lanaken the same year. We have every faith that he will fullfill his undoubted potential and go on to have a succesful international career.

Progeny Information

GF Underberg`s full brother has been succesful in Germany under Johannes Ehning. His full sister is currently being campaigned by the international Italian showjumper, Luca Inselvini. He qualified and competed her at the World Breeding Championships in Lanaken 2007. A second full sister is due to commence her jumping career in Germany this year.
