Rasmus af Hallundbaek is a very well known Danish KNN Graded classical Knabstrupper stallion from very old bloodlines. He is black based and has sired many coloured and graded Knabstrupper progeny – some of whom can be seen on the 2008 stallion list of the KNN of Denmark at: www.knab.dk including Ravaldi and Boleo - few spot stallions, Alladin – black based blanket spot and Figaro – full spotted black leapord.

Rasmus is proven to be a very high producer of coloured offspring.

“Hugo af Hallundbaek” – a solid black stallion now based in France made KNN history at Baunehoj in Demark in 2006 as the first stallion to receive a full 10 for type. Rasmus’ sire was the famous Danish stallion “Rasmus af Damgard.”

He is also grand sire to Holmgards Bastian - winner of Best Stallion at the UK 2007 KNN Grading.

Rasmus af Hallundbaek has forward moving, athletic and fluid paces with broad chest, well muscled neck with natural top line and good bone. He is ridden to both dressage and jumped and has the fantastic Knabstrupper temperament. He has been frequently ridden by a 12 year old.
