Stallion profile

Drum is a very compact smart horse with correct confirmation, bone, substance and character. His progeny are proving to be mostly coloured.
Bred in Ireland in Co Meath, imported by us in oct `04.
His sire is the reputable Crossdrum Spurs who qualified for the prestigous young Irelander competition, with numerous eventers, showjumpers and show winners to his name.
His grandsire is Stetson the sire of many top class competition horses.
This is Drums` third season at stud which is probably his most demanding yet - due to the fact that this is his first season he is combining both his stud duties with his ridden.
The real proof of his calm temperament when you consider his 5 years!

Performance record

Drum was shown once in hand at the South of England Spring Show winning his youngstock class and standing reserve champion.
13th in the 5yr olds at the recent Burghley Young Event Horse class held at Chepstow (50 entries)
We hope to take in some more events with Drum this season and shall keep his results posted here!

Progeny Information

The oldest of Drum`s offspring are yearlings and have yet to get out and about so please ..watch this space!
